The John Nolen Boardroom

The Nolen Boardroom is the Inn’s newest meeting space. Capable of hosting up to 10 guests, this elegant boardroom is designed to impress. 

Carefully crafted to celebrate the Inn’s rich history, this unique boardroom features all the technology of today.  A hidden 65″ high-definition television rises from the cabinet, offering a direct HDMI connection as well as casting options (Apple or Android).  Power outlets, lighting controls, independent HVAC, ergonomic chairs and dedicated high-speed WiFi are all included.

Located on the 1st floor, this room has a pre-function space, perfect for setting up food & beverage while not interfering with your meeting.  It also has its own private restroom.

The Chess Room

The Chess Room offers an intimate, private dining experience for up to 14 guests. This room is located just off the the National Exemplar restaurant’s lobby, it is perfect for your next private dining or business event. 

Whether it’s a special meal with loved ones or colleagues, or an important business meeting, our talented staff will take care to ensure your private event is perfect.

The Tudor Room

The Tudor Room offers customizable menus for any occasion, including sit-down and buffet dining, cocktail receptions, happy hour parties and fully customizable menus for up to 40 guests.

The Tudor Room is located adjacent to the National Exemplar restaurant and offers a separate entrance and reception area.

During this extremely tough time, we are taking care of our guests like our own family by implementing Best Western Hotels & Resorts' industry-leading cleaning program: WE CARE CLEAN.

Our staff thoroughly clean and disinfect every room with trusted Proctor and Gamble cleaning chemicals listed by the EPA as a recommended cleaning agents used against COVID-19. We also use electrostatic sprayers, disinfectant sprays and wipes on all high touch point areas.

Our in-house restaurant, The National Exemplar, is open to our hotel guests for dine-in (including patio dining) as well as for carryout orders during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Spring Refresh

The Main Dining Room and Main Bar will be temporarily closed June 6th to June 9th as we refresh the restaurant to "Make it Better for You". We will resume normal hours of operations June 10th. We have prepared alternative options for guests during this time.
